Each year AISDC members and associates visit Carlisle Indian School cemetery in Pennsylvania. We place flowers on the graves of the children who have not yet been taken home to their families and Tribal Nations.
Karen Collins never missing these annual visits and was the key coordinator. The 2021 visit was to be her last participation but we know that the children whose remains are still at Carlisle welcomed Karen into their circle.
